We didn't even get an 'enjoy your stay' (or even any eye contact-which was kind of weird.) As I mentioned the room was excellent-we stayed in the Gold Tower (our original reservations were for the Carson Tower.) No mention as to why were were moved. Usually the front desk personal are very friendly and helpful. while the room was excellent, the staff seemed distant. There was something a bit 'off' this trip. We just got back yesterday (5-23-14) after a week at the GW.
